Yes, it’s a strange request. And it’s not to say that we wouldn’t love to work with you! But we recognize that not everyone is a good fit to work with our team, and likewise, our team isn’t a perfect fit for everyone looking for our services.

If you’re in the market for website design, branding, graphics, photography, and/or animations, you should first consider what type of provider you are looking to work with.

DO NOT hire us if:

You want to find the cheapest and quickest option

We create custom solutions. That means we’re not willing to cut corners or provide sub-par products for the sake of a lower price. In our opinion, that isn’t the way to build success for your business, and we aren’t willing to waste your time or money on something that won’t give you the return you deserve.

You are not willing to stick to a schedule

In this industry, time really is money. We can only handle so many projects at once, so yours and others will be scheduled out in detail before anything starts. We’ll work with you to create a reasonable schedule before any contracts are signed, but once we begin, we do take these timelines seriously. In order for us to make sure we can deliver what we promise when we promised it, you will be required to provide us the materials and reviews we need by the dates we agree on.

You want to copy someone else’s work

No, we will not replicate another logo, website, brand design, graphic, or anything else. Firstly, because it’s illegal for us to do so. Secondly, because it’s not a good idea strategically-speaking. What works for another business probably won’t work as well for yours, and we’re much more interested in finding the best solution for YOUR business needs.

However, if there are things that you know you like, we are more than happy to find ways that similar aesthetics & features can be applied to support your business.

You want to handle everything yourself

Frankly put, we are experts. There are going to be times that we do a lot of behind-the-scenes work before anything is delivered to you, and although we will gladly explain our reasoning for decisions, you need to be able to trust that we are working hard to make the best choices for your business. Does that mean you don’t get a say in your project? Absolutely not! But if you’re the type of person that feels the need to micro-manage, we will probably have a rocky relationship.
